as i attend numerous churches I hear many homilies, sermons, messages, and try to jot down a word, phrase, paragraph, etc as I listen...so that there's a memorable "takeaway" ...rather than have it go in one ear and out the other. It also helps me make sure the pastor/priest et al is being "honest" and not tryin to "slip one past" us. Sometimes "they" do get a bit lazy at times, and at least I can comment on it later on this blog

I JUST LISTENED TO THIS... "Watch "1.Adventism's Trojan Horse - Final Movements by Stephen Bohr" on YouTube"
He's a Seventh Day Adventist preacher and his preaching specifically to a Seventh-Day Adventist congregation which is best as I can tell he thinks of as being separate from all other denominations .he does not included SDA as Protestant nor obviously as Catholic or orthodox. He thinks of it as a specially designated body of believers. I sent him an email a few weeks ago about a different sermon in which he talked about the Catholic Church being the Beast of revelation, and I asked him if he thought any Catholics would be saved . he responded by email saying he is sure there will be many Catholics in heaven as well. So it's hard to tell from his preaching as opposed to what he might tell you personally what he really believes. The preaching is still fairly good even if you're not Seventh Day Adventist because he recites lots of scripture, but he also reads from Ellen White who was the founder of the Seventh Day Adventist. The best sermon I've heard him preach is the one about the mortality of the soul and he makes some good exegesis about the body and soul staying together after death and arguing that we don't go straight to heaven after death , but we lie in the grave until the second return of Jesus.
